Facilities Engineering and Management

General knowledge of architectural, civil, mechanical and electrical engineering disciplines are needed.  Knowledge of project management and control including life-cycle costs, engineering economics, and project planning and evaluation including scope, cost and schedule and program controls including earned value management or other measure for facility project controls.  Also requires knowledge of construction contracting and contractor oversight and contracts management.
