Astromaterials, Collections, Curation and Analysis

Researchers in this field apply knowledge of foreign materials, and planetary sciences to the collection of materials from foreign planets, and developing and using appropriate processes for handling and curating them. Also included in this research focus area is the knowledge and skill in processing the materials to protect Earth system from contamination.
